Such a great experience from ordering and receiving the ring sizing box which is so lovely. To then receiving my ring. Love the Matt black colour. The app is very easy to download and very easy to navigate. Fits snuggly and looking forward to checking all my vitals. I would definitely recommend Optim to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

The sizing kit is a fab idea, I ended up wearing the correct size until my Optim Ring arrived to allow me to get used to wearing it. I've only had it a day but so far, the sleep tracking and steps monitor have been great and I'm slowly using the other functions.

My package was to be delivered by and had no updates for over a week. I contacted the team at Omptim and it’s the best customer service I have ever received. They chased my package and 48 hours later the package was delivered. It’s been amazing at tracking everything and so much more convenient and comfortable than wearing a smart watch and the price difference to the other leading smart ring is a no brainer so so happy with my purchase highly recommend.

The ring sizing kit is a great way to try the rings on for size. I was between sizes and advised to go up as the ring has a sensor in, however now I’ve got the ring, it spins around during the day and often feels like it will come off. A real shame as I know I can’t swap it. I would like to add the customer service from Optim is brilliant, fast responses, even when my parcel had delivery issues from the courier (Evri - notoriously difficult to receive parcels from!)

This sizing kit is very good! I’m also glad I got it as opposed to just measuring my finger as I thought I was a size 9 but when I tried the ring on I absolutely was not and had to size up! It would have been a shame to receive the wrong size and wait even longer, so if you’re on the fence about getting it I would recommend that you do! :)

Sizing kit was great. Shane no communication methods are replied to and I’ve never received my actual ring. Clearly a scam. Have reported to my bank too.
