Can I Change My Delivery Address?

You can update your delivery address before submitting your final ring size.

For U.S. orders, address updates are only allowed within the same state. If local tax rates differ, we may not be able to update your address.

For international orders, we cannot change an address to a different country. If you need to ship to another country, please contact us at support@optimring.co to cancel your order and place a new one.

For orders that have already shipped, please contact the courier directly. Your order confirmation email contains the tracking number and carrier details.
What If My Package Shows Delivered but I Haven't Received It?

Packages may be left at your front door or received by a neighbor. We recommend checking with neighbors first.

Regions with a $15 Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to the following regions: India, Cambodia, Indonesia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Egypt.
