I was hesitant to order a health ring cuz: 1. Pricey (ring + app subscription) 2. Comfort. I usually wear dainty rings. Something wide, thick & possibly heavy feeling seemed like it wouldn't enjoy wearing it. But my coworker recommended this brand & I love it. It's comfortable & super affordable. I definitely would recommend to other people who would be interested.
